Model Production Service Fees
The following information is an estimate of costs associated with mouse model generation. A detailed cost estimate can be developed based on your specific project. All fees are approximate and may change based on procedural/experimental outcomes. Services can be provided à la carte or as a full service from design to quality control.
CRISPR/Cas9 Mouse Model Generation
Fees for microinjection or electroporation do not include screening P founders, breeding P founders for germline transmission, screening N1 progeny, or animal export and shipping charges. Microinjection fees change depending on mouse costs, which are a function of both strain and source. We have successfully used C57BL/6NCrl, C57BL/6J, 129S6/SvEv, ICR, and NOD strain backgrounds. Please enquire for fees for development and validation of genotyping assays.
